Introducing Maki Modisakeng, founder and director
Maki Modisakeng is the founder and director of Prima. Maki is a qualified CA(SA). She has a near-decade of experience as an executive director on multiple boards. She has specialist knowledge of international financial reporting standards. Maki’s experience and qualification informs all of our work, grounding our services in specificity and care.
Introducing Prince Mthembu, associate director
Prince Mthembu is associate director of Prima. A member of the South African Institute of Tax (SAIT), Prince brings keen insight and hands-on business experience to our team as a former MD. He specialises in tax practice, as well as financial management.
